In today’s very competitive real estate and mortgage lending markets, you would be challenged to find an industry burden with more documentation and regulation. As a sampling, in many cases, they have to deal with the following document types: public records, leans, judgments, maps, tax forms, W-2 forms, employment records, bank statements, utilities records, trust deeds, closing statements, insurance forms, policy riders,  settlement statement, HUD forms, appraisal reports, property reports, deeds and legal & vesting reports.
