Role Description The Director of Administration is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the administrative operations that support A. G. Edwards Mortgage, LLC’s financial and mortgage services. This position manages budgeting and administrative finance processes, coordinates accounting activities, and ensures accurate and timely reporting. The Director of Administration develops and implements policies, streamlines workflows, and maintains documentation to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with finance and mortgage teams, and communicating key updates to leadership. The role also involves problem-solving, optimizing administrative systems, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.\n

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
